Dragon Ball Sparking Zero features alternate paths and storylines for Frieza that you can unlock by following certain conditions.
Dragon Ball Sparking Zero features multiple character sagas where you can live iconic Dragon Ball moments in the shoes of iconic characters. Sparking Zero adds a twist to these iconic moments by offering you branching paths at crucial points, steering the story towards alternate possibilities and realities called Sparking Episodes. The Frieza Saga in Dragon Ball Sparking Zero lets you play through iconic Frieza moments and change the outcome of the story.

The Fall of the Saiyans Path
The Fall of the Saiyans is an alternate ending for the Legendary Super Saiyan mission in the Planet Namek Arc. What if Frieza beat Goku on that fateful day on Planet Namek? This ending seeks to answer this very question. Beat Goku in his legendary Super Saiyan form to unlock this ending.
This, however, is easier said than done. Super Saiyan Goku is a formidable opponent that seemingly gets stronger the longer the battle wages on. Defeat Goku as fast as possible, and a cutscene will play out showing the fate of the world in this alternate reality.
Frieza Force Joins The Fray
Frieza Force Joins The Fray can be unlocked after Frieza gets revived. Defeat both Goku and Vegeta as fast as possible in “Frieza Revived” to unlock this ending. Goku and Vegeta can be a little overwhelming, but once you defeat the duo, they lay there awaiting judgment at your mercy. A cutscene will then trigger, and the Lord of Destruction Beerus will interrupt you, asking you to spare the Saiyans. In return, he will grant you a set of Dragon Balls to fulfill a wish. You can then choose to revive any of Frieza’s fallen allies. Pick any from the following options:
- Revive Cooler.
- Revive Dodoria and Zarbon.
- Revive King Cold.
- Revive the Ginyu Force.
The ally you choose to revive does not hold much bearing in the outcome of the ending so choose the character as per your personal preference. Frieza and his revived ally will then take part in the Tournament of Power and end the alternate story.
Dragon Ball Sparking Zero is the much-awaited sequel to Dragon Ball Budokai Tenkaichi 3. The game features over 180 characters and is the first Sparking/Budokai Tenkaichi game to feature the Dragon Ball Super Saga.
