Popular Twitch and Kick streamer Felix “xQc” has made headlines after his ex-girlfriend Samantha “Adept” made some serious allegations against him. For those unaware, xQc revealed during a livestream on October 20, 2024, that Adept was suing him again, this time in the state of California. According to the former Overwatch pro, the legal case filed by his former partner was the “exact same thing” as the previous one.

Providing more details about the situation, the content creator said:

“I had a mini-meeting with my agents or whatever. Brother, apparently, I’m getting sued again. It’s the exact same thing. The exact same copy-paste, but in California instead. Like, oh, god! Man, I don’t know what to say anymore.”

Five days later, on October 25, 2024, reports circulated on social media claiming that Adept was suing the French-Canadian personality for alleged sexual battery, defamation, and emotional distress. Furthermore, she supposedly sought “over $245,000” in damages.

X user @FearedBuck wrote:

“Adept has filed a lawsuit against xQc, alleging s*xual battery, defamation, and emotional distress, and is seeking over $245,000 in damages, plus punitive damages that could bring the total to over $1.4 million. She claims xQc’s actions have caused significant harm to her career, mental health, and reputation, and is asking the court for compensation and justice for the abuse she endured during their relationship.”

Exploring Adept’s Allegations Against xQc In The Most Recent Lawsuit

Henry Resilient, a YouTuber, obtained an alleged legal document that shed light on Adept’s allegations against xQc in her lawsuit. At the 14-minute mark of the video, Adept’s NEW Lawsuit Against xQC is RIDICULOUS, Henry Resilient discussed the “worst allegation” Adept had made against the Twitch streamer.

According to the document, Adept accused xQc of “smashing her face,” which resulted in police being called:

“However, Felix’s use of alcohol and drugs had increased, an on or about May 10, 2023, right after purchasing the wedding ring, Felix smashed Samantha’s face into his shoulder, resulting in a police response, and the issuance of an Emergency Protective order. By this point, Felix had already several times disclosed to his followers his addictions to sex, drugs, and gambling. At this time, they were both living in their own homes in Los Angeles.”

Additionally, Adept accused xQc of “forcibly raping” her. Here’s what was written in the document:

In another incident, on or about June 3, 2023, Felix was in the process of relocating to Texas, and Samantha had flown to Texas, in order to safeguard her personal belongings which Felix was threatening he would dispose of. After manipulating Samantha into a conversation about reconciliation, Felix forcibly raped Samantha. This incident again resulted in a police response, a rape kit documenting bruises on Samantha’s face, arm and legs, and lacerations to her vagina, and another Emergency Protective Order. Notwithstanding the seriousness of the situation, Samantha did not desire prosecution of Felix, and did not cooperate further with prosecuting authorities.”

In another section of the document, Adept accused xQc of “publishing defamatory content” about her, resulting in “reputation damage,” causing her to lose sponsorship opportunities:

“In real-time, as Felix publishes defamatory content about Samantha, Samantha is harmed. Felix’s viewers immediately take to social media to support Felix by harassing and defaming Samantha themselves consistent with the false allegations of criminal activity which Felix attributes to her. Felix’s defamatory publications have significantly damaged Samantha’s reputation, leading to the termination of sponsorship contracts and a decline in viewership on her streaming platforms.”

xQc Responds

On October 24, 2024, Felix addressed the situation in a tweet posted on his official X account. Stating that he was “under no obligation to keep quiet” about the situation, the Twitch streamer wrote:

“There’s no mod channel in the com so here’s to mods: let them post whatever they find on the out there about the lawsuit. The information is readily available on the internet, we’re not gonna censor anything. I am under no obligation to keep quiet about any of this either.”
