At one point in Enshrouded, players will be required to obtain Iron Ore for different purposes. Let us tell you where to look for it.
Iron Ore is not all that common in Enshrouded. Players need to dig in the right locations to come across this mineral if they wish to use it. This is why obtaining Iron Ore in Enshrouded can be a challenging task, and a quick solution is often desirable.
There are many uses for obtaining the ore in the first place. While primarily it is used to craft two major items: Iron Bars and Steel Bars, these materials can further be used to create more complex items.
For example, without these bars, it would be difficult for a blacksmith to craft high-grade armor. Moreover, iron tools wouldn’t exist to give an extra edge to your activities. But, just like some other resources, it can be a little difficult to locate Iron Ore. That is what we will be exploring today!
A Rich Deposit To Obtain Plenty of Iron Ore in Enshrouded
There are many caverns where you can obtain Iron Ore. However, these locations can be random at times. Moreover, you may not know how many or which caverns to search to get quick access to this mineral.
If you want to gather a lot of ore in a short time, we have a simpler solution for you. Head east of Umber Hollow. This means traveling all the way to the eastern ends of Embervale.
Near Brittlebush, west of the Ancient Spire in Kindlewastes, there is a crashed wagon located somewhere in the Shrouded fog. Be prepared, as you will receive a timer on the screen to complete the task quickly and leave the area.
There will be a few Enshrouded enemies here that you need to eliminate before heading to the crashed wagon resting off-road. They have spilled Iron Ore on the ground. Mine these ores to collect them. While they won’t give you all the minerals you’re looking for, it’s a good start.
If you need more, head south from Brittlebush to Ridgeback Mine. While the mine itself contains ample Iron Ore, you don’t even need to enter the mine to collect a significant amount. The outer area of the mine is covered in Shrouded fog, but the task shouldn’t take too long.
Travel here via the road and jump down. Before entering the mine, check the ridges where you land after the small jump. There will be a lot of Iron Ore deposits in black that you can mine. You likely won’t run out of ore anytime soon. However, if you do, you can always explore the mine.
The only drawback is that you need to unlock the Gate to the Pillars of Creation to access the eastern area of the map where these spots are located.
