Fell Cyclops’ Head can be tricky to obtain in Enshrouded. Find out where your big sneaky foe lives and invade it for a legendary item.
Enshrouded added new ‘Fell’ foes to the list of existing mobs to make Embervale even more challenging. The game already had some variety in terms of enemies, but some of them now have a more powerful variant, including the Cyclops.
When we are talking about the ‘Fell Cyclops’, we refer to the Shroud-infected giant, which is typically found in Shrouded areas. This guy will give you a run for your money even if you know how to tackle a usual Cyclops in the game.
First introduced in the Souls of the Frozen Frontier update, gamers are now hunting the Fell Cyclops for its head. The primary reason is that obtaining a number of them will grant you an in-game trophy.
However, it’s not that easy to find this legendary item because you have to take it off of the dead body of the said enemy. On top of everything, it’s even more difficult to locate one.
Obtaining a Fell Cyclops Head
One of the locations where you can find this Shrouded ‘big boy’ is the Elixir Well. This area is situated a bit north of the Albaneve Summits Ancient Spire. Travel a little to the right from the spire until you find an abandoned brick wall to climb. Once you do, glide your way to the Elixir Well.
We recommend gliding here because the entire area, including the boss fight, is covered in Shroud. So, you might as well make quick work of the traversal required to get here.
Once you reach the location, there will be another abandoned structure here that you need to infiltrate and make your way through until the very end of this cavern-like area. There will be many enemies waiting for you, but make sure that they don’t stall much of your time. Otherwise, you will get Enshrouded.
You will eventually find the Fell Cyclops in a giant empty area. However, it won’t be alone. Several smaller enemies will spawn. Try taking them out first because their spawn is rather limited.
The Fell Cyclops uses its favorite attack a lot, which is emitting a beam through its eyes. It can also move, so keep kiting his vision around. Try to position yourself in such a way that it hits the smaller enemies, and half of your work will be done.
Once the Fell Cyclops is defeated, loot it to gain its head. It’s a Legendary Item. Similarly, you can locate multiple of these enemies in Shroud-infested locations, collect their heads, and once you have multiple of them, craft a trophy for yourself.
