Rich Campbell, co-founder of OTK, left the organization in December 2022 following allegations of sexual assault.
Rich Campbell was a name that stood out in the world of gaming and streaming. He started as an eSports caster and later transitioned into content creation. He started actively streaming on Twitch in December 2020. Rich focused on content related to popular MMORPGs such as World of Warcraft and Final Fantasy XIV, quickly gaining a substantial following for his gameplay and content. In December 2022, sexual assault allegations were made against Campbell by another streamer Azalia Lexi.
In October 2020, OTK was co-founded by Rich, along with renowned streamers such as Asmongold, Mizkif, Esfand, and Tips Out. The organization, as stated by co-founder Asmongold, came up after the idea of building an org around friends.

In December 2022, Rich’s career hit a controversial turning point, prompting his resignation from the organization he co-founded.
The situation unraveled when Azalia Lexi, a Twitch streamer, shared allegations against Campbell via a detailed TwitLonger. In the post, Lexi described an incident from January 2021, where she alleged that Campbell acted despite her refusal, accusing him of sexual assault. According to her account, their interactions often included emotional manipulation and a lack of respect, leading to an escalating series of concerns.
After her statement went public, OTK quickly responded. The organization emphasized a zero-tolerance policy toward such behavior and confirmed that Rich had been asked to step down.

Without resistance, Rich resigned, stating he needed time to prepare his response but left an air of uncertainty around his defense.
