There is an Unpretentious Stash in Stalker 2 that players are having a hard time getting to. Here’s a quick way to get to it.
Unpretentious Stash can be spotted in many locations in the Lesser Zone. However, today we are going to be focusing on the stash, which is located in the Sphere where you find Solder.
This happens for the first time in the Behind Seven Seals main quest. Depending on what path you choose, you can either find this stash in the beginning of the Sphere or right when you are exiting the location.
If players side with Cpt. Zotov, the stash will be in the end, when you are escaping the Sphere. However, if you are loyal to Gaffer instead, you can find it in the beginning itself. Those who haven’t completed Behind Seven Seals are advised to follow this guide.
The Unpretentious Stash is located in the small tunnel that connects the facility’s sewers to the overworld. This is also the same tunnel that is covered in yellow Toxic Sludge. One end of this tunnel leads to the open fields of the outer world, while the other end is closed off with bars. The stash is located right behind the bars.
You may be trying to find a way to get to the stash by finding a way inside. However, all you need to do is cross the sludge, stand next to the bars, preferably on the right side of the tunnel, and simply interact to plunder it.
Is This Unpretentious Stash Also a Journalist Stash?
One thing to note is that if you miss this stash during the Behind Seven Seals mission, you can access it later by coming to this place. With that said, you may be wondering whether the ‘infamous’ Journalist Stashes are related to this one somehow. Unfortunately, that is not the case. While there are some Journalist Stashes in the Lesser Zone region, this one is not one of them.
Journalist Stashes are scattered all over the Zone. To add to the story, it is a side quest that you need to complete to uncover the truth about who left behind these stashes. While it is no more than a collectible quest, it grants you some interesting rewards.
Compared to the Unpretentious Stash, the 12 Journalist Stashes contain much more satisfying rewards. But if you are a collector, you would find the stash in the Sphere to be worth the trouble.
