Atlyss claims to be an action RPG released in the modern era. The game’s art style resembles some retro RPGs as well, and the nostalgia may be captivating for some fans. However, it’s way longer than the old games that it may remind you of.

There are many things that you can do in the game to extend your time here. The fanbase is pretty divided on how long it took them to beat the game. This mostly depends on how much one has completed the game and how much time one has invested in casual exploration.

Going by the books, it should take you over 100 hours to complete everything in the game. This includes Main and Side Quests, Achievements and Collectibles, and upgrading the character to the max level. If you also like to explore every nook and corner, you may want to add several more hours to the mix. This is especially true if you play with friends and just want to have fun most of the time.

The main story alone will probably take much less of your time, but in an RPG, exploration and leveling up are essential to progressing the main story. If you are somebody who is not easily content with your character creation skills, the game may take you on another grind.

Increasing the Required Hours To Beat Atlyss

Chances are, if you are at 100%, you may have already tried changing the way your character looks in the game. Unfortunately, there isn’t much information present online on how to do it in the game. And to add to your confusion, Atlyss doesn’t have a tutorial on it either.

Well, the good news is, it is absolutely possible. Unlike some other RPGs where you can’t completely change the physical appearance of your character despite the way their gear looks, Atlyss lets you alter everything about your player except their race.

If you don’t know the trick already and wish to get your money’s worth, do try to stall your time within the game and try playing as a different-looking character altogether. It may be a big process, especially if you are running low on Crowns.

But if you wish to extend your stay within the game, be our guest, read our tutorial on how to change your character’s appearance in Atlyss, and add some more hours!
