Fire Force has zero filler episodes and arcs. Only episode 25, which starts the Vs. Special Fire Force Company 4 Arc, is a mix between filler and canon. Therefore, the series includes no separate content and remains entirely faithful to the manga.

The quality of Fire Force arcs earns praise for their intensity and contribution to the overarching narrative. While some criticize the excessive fan service, the story provides a reason for its inclusion. Hence, if you’ve been taken in by the world of Fire Force, every arc is important and cannot be skipped.

Longest and Shortest Fire Force Arcs

The longest arc in Fire Force is the Great Cataclysm Arc. This is yet to be adapted in the anime and runs for 52 chapters. It follows the beginning of the Cataclysm, signalling the end of the world. As fiery doppelgängers of people start showing up and causing chaos, the remaining members of Team Fire Force attempt to protect the civilians. At the same time, Arthur and Vulcan carry out their own preparations to fight Dragon.

The shortest Fire Force arc is the Epilogue Arc. As the name indicates, this is the final 2 chapters of Fire Force, set in a world recreated by Shinra after the Cataclysm. In this setting without human combustion, the characters spend their days in peace.

How Is Fire Force Manga Connected to Soul Eater?

The Epilogue Arc of Fire Force also gave another shocking discovery – that the manga was a prequel to the author’s previous work, Soul Eater.

After a time skip in the world recreated by Shinra, we find that he has become the leader of the World Heroes Force, and his child is also enlisting in the organization. The very next scene takes us to the distant future, where we see the creation of Death the Kid from Soul Eater. There were also glimpses into other memorable parts of Soul Eater, such as Black Star, Soul, and the grinning moon. Finally, Fire Force ends with Maka’s parents closing a book telling the tale of Fire Force itself to their daughter. This twist was extremely exciting for fans of the creator who had read his previous work.

Conclusion

To conclude, Fire Force is an exciting combination of action, mystery, and the supernatural. Through this guide, we hope to assist fans in making their way through each arc and enjoying their favorite moments in the series.
