Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel and Joshua ‘YourRAGE’ Maynard, both popular streamers and content creators, were involved in a public feud over comments made regarding Joshua’s Kick departure. On December 10, 2024, xQc addressed the Adin Ross departure from Kick situation and mentioned two more names who had left Kick, BruceDropEmOff and YourRAGE. Felix said in his stream that the way all of them left Kick was very unprofessional and childish.

In 2023, Felix signed a $100 million deal with Kick, marking one of the most lucrative streaming contracts in the industry. Adin, a strong advocate for Kick who encouraged creators to join the Stake-backed platform, described Lengyel as the “biggest streamer of all time.” However, Adin recently announced his departure from the platform, which shocked the streaming industry. Felix considered Adin’s move unprofessional, expressing his thoughts during his stream by saying:

“Lack of professionalism, lack of decorum, just bullsh*t like, children’s way of doing things, so they get away with it. But it’s incredibly unprofessional, to just do that sh*t, it’s cringe as f*ck, like you’re a child, you’re a f**king child. You throw a tantrum because you’re not getting attention”

The ex-Overwatch player also called out YourRAGE and Bruce, stating they are like “clingy ex-girlfriends.” YourRAGE, reacting to the clip of Felix calling him out, said xQc took the situation out of context. Rage also stated that he is still working with them and that he still wants to do a podcast on Kick. Lengyel also said that Rage’s claims of Kick not paying him were untrue. Joshua clarified that the clip was taken out of context, explaining that he was in a “trolly” mood when he mentioned not being paid.

YourRAGE Reacts to xQc’s Clip

In another clip, xQc, seemingly calling out Rage, said that Kick paid more money to Rage than he deserved. Responding to Felix, Rage said that he doesn’t want to talk through clips and wants to get on a call with xQc.

Later on, YourRAGE, with FaZe Clan creators, got on a call with Felix. Joshua explained the situation to Felix and said that he was insinuating that Rage was throwing a temper tantrum. On the call, Maynard said that he was still trying to work with Kick to get an exclusive podcast with them.

“In the whole stream, I was praising Eddie and Kick and telling that I was still working with them to try to get a exclusive podcast with them and in a one ten second trolly clip I said I wasn’t paid since august chat and it was taken out of context”

xQc described the situation as “d*mb” and expressed that, in his view, Kick often faces unwarranted flack these days. Rage later asked Felix if he formulated an opinion after seeing a post on X and did not see the context:

“Listen, X, can we agree that you saw a f*cking Twitter headline or some s*it, did not see context and you formulated an opinion of me throwing tantrums and being unprofessional.”

To which Lengyel responded that the tantrum was a lot more aimed at Bruce rather than Rage, stating:

“Listen, I did you a favor okay? by softening the blow by putting Bruce in there as a scapegoat okay, because I thought it was unprofessional. I’ll take the L, the temper tantrum was a lot more aimed at him than you”

Rage admitted he shouldn’t have said it, acknowledging how clippers (viewers who clip segments of streams) often take things out of context. He added that misleading headlines and captions on X made it appear as though he was calling out Kick. Felix claimed that FaZe creators were in contact with the clippers, but the creators responded by stating they had left the alleged groups.

What Happened Towards the End of the Call

During the call, xQc engaged in some humorous banter, seemingly lashing out at Lacy after StableRonaldo jokingly suggested adding subtitles to understand Felix’s remarks, mistakenly believing Lacy had made the comment. Towards the end of the call, Felix apologized to Lacy for the remarks.

Felix later asked why Rage took a break and what he did during his break. To which Rage responded:

“I was just burnt out bro, I was just tired….like I dont know. I just needed a recharge (xQc asks what he did during that time) I did hella degenerate sh*t, I gambled, I drank, I smoked, busted nuts like just straight degen sh*t. But, I got all that sh*t out of me, I’m good now.”

Rage also said that he took this long because he was in negotiations with Kick and he didn’t want to go back and forth between Twitch and Kick. Both of them later made up and “squashed” the feud, with both showing appreciation for each other.
