The much anticipated 10th-anniversary edition of The Game Awards (TGA 2024) kicked off with an extended preshow. It was filled to the brim with game showcases in order to generate hype and anticipation for the upcoming year. There were a few familiar faces, and some new games from legendary developers were also revealed.

What Games Were Featured in TGA 2024 Preshow?
The Game Awards 2024 Preshow featured the following games:
- Ninja Gaiden Ragebound – Ninja Gaiden Ragebound is a 2D sidescroller action game with a gorgeous art style. The game releases in Summer 2025.
- One Move Away – A relaxing first-person game that sees you prepare to move away from home, it releases in 2025.
- Slay the Spire II – The much anticipated sequel to Slay the Spire, Slay the Spire II brings in new characters and locations. The game releases in Early Access in 2025.
- Dave the Diver – An expansion for Dave the Diver, Dave the Diver Into the Jungle releases in 2025.
- Thick as Thieves – Thick as Thieves is a PvPvE stealth action game from the creator of Deus Ex. The game has no release date as of yet.
- Shadow Labyrinth – Developed by Bandai Namco, Shadow Labyrinth is a 2D action platformer releasing in 2025.
- Steel Paws – Steel Paws brings a brand new world from gaming legend Yu Suzuki and will release on Netflix Games in 2025.
- Tales of the Shire – Tales of the Shire is an adventure Lord of the Rings game with life sim elements. The game releases on March 25, 2025.
- Midnight Murder Club – Midnight Murder Club is a quirky first-person shooter. It is available in crossplay beta currently.
- Stalcraft Operations – The world of Stalcraft expands with Stalcraft Operations, an upcoming shooter set for release in 2025.
- Kyora – Kyora is an upcoming 2D adventure and exploration game. The game does not have a release date yet.
- Solasta II – Solasta II is a tactical RPG releasing in 2025. The game also has a playable demo releasing soon.
