1) Mumen Rider
The C-Class Number Rank 1 hero Mumen Rider is the personification of courage and unwavering will. He is a lovable underdog who does not cower against the strongest of opponents, standing up for justice along with his bicycle.
Unfortunately, going past how inspirational he is, he would get completely destroyed if he ever fought Metal Bat. As the former 15th Rank S-Class Hero, Metal Bat is too strong, possessing superhuman ability. Hence, even with Mumen Rider’s unyielding determination, his lack of physical prowess makes him no match for Metal Bat.
2) Deep Sea King
Deep Sea King was the main antagonist of the Sea Monster Arc who enjoyed causing pain to others and had the powers to back up his evil. During his rampage, he could defeat a wide range of characters including Stinger and Genos before being defeated by Saitama.

Armored Gorilla is a cyborg from the House of Evolution created by Dr. Genus. He is a Demon-level threat who was defeated by Genos. Due to his technological modifications, Armored Gorilla is highly durable and can break through concrete with his strength.
While this might make him a difficult opponent for low-rank heroes, a fight with Metal Bat is more than he can handle. Even without using his “Killin’ Moves”, reserved for ending battles, Metal Bat’s raw strength could overpower Armored Gorilla’s cybernetics. His brute force would render the opponent’s defenses useless, ending the fight in quick succession.
4) Puri-Puri Prisoner
Puri-Puri Prisoner is another S-Class hero who boasts incredible physical strength and durability. His flamboyant angel-style fighting relies on increasing the potency behind his attacks while releasing a barrage of strikes against opponents. He has high endurance and can also suppress any pain dealt to him.
However, his angel attacks were unable to finish off the likes of Deep Sea King, who we’ve already seen is weaker than Metal Bat. Puri-Puri Prisoner has strong motivation but lacks the firepower to overcome Metal Bat’s durability. Metal Bat, on the other hand, possesses high-intensity attacks and is quick enough to protect himself effectively.
Hence, while a fight between Metal Bat and Puri-Puri Prisoner would be interesting, it heavily favors the former.

Metal Bat is an impressive character who will stand up against the strongest in the series. However, One Punch Man has characters whose powers transcend imagination and can destroy planets. Hence, these 4 One Punch Man characters would emerge victorious in a battle against Metal Bat.
1) Saitama
The protagonist, Saitama, is the titular One Punch Man who can defeat extremely powerful opponents with nothing but a punch. Even as the difficulty of the villains rises, Saitama is able to defeat all of them without ever having to go all out.
Due to this, fans don’t actually know what the upper limit of Saitama’s strength is. He has enough raw power to destroy the world, is fast enough to match the speed of light and his durability has never been broken, even when facing the powers of God. Hence, even at full potential, it is unlikely that Metal Bat would be able to come close to defeating the protagonist.
2) Garou
Metal Bat and Garou had fought earlier in the series, which was an intense battle between their techniques and fighting spirits. Unfortunately, with time, Garou has gained immense strength, being able to enter his Cosmic Mode through God’s influence. With this, he can match up to Saitama’s Serious Punches and emits enough radiation to kill all organisms.
While Metal Bat would certainly not back down even against this fearsome form of Garou, he does not have a trump card that can finish battles even against opponents much stronger than him. But if Blast were allowed to teleport through his portals, use his energy projection, and access all other skills, the battle would be over even before Metal Bat could come up with a counter.
4) Tatsumaki
The S-Class Rank 2 hero Tatsumaki is one of the strongest characters in One Punch Man. She has risen to this position with her psychokinetic abilities. These are powerful enough to lift meteors, defend against attacks from Boros’ ship, and cause weather phenomena.
To pair with her psychic abilities, Tatsumaki is extremely prideful of her powers and refuses to give up even when greatly injured. Her reflexes, speed, and endurance are greatly honed, capable of dodging high-speed attacks.
