Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 currently does not have Ultrawide support, but that is set to change in the future.
Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 is finally here, and players can now tackle the Tyranid invasion on the battlefield. The game’s visuals have impressed the gaming community at large. But, some players have been left wondering whether the title comes with Ultrawide support.
Unfortunately, Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 does not feature Ultrawide support at launch.
Will Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 Receive Ultrawide Support in the Future?
The absence of Ultrawide support at launch is disheartening for some, but there’s reason to rejoice. Saber Interactive has already confirmed that Space Marine 2 will be receiving Ultrawide support down the line. The Year One roadmap for Space Marine 2 indicates that Ultrawide support is one of the first features that Saber Interactive will add to the game. It will be released as part of the Season 1 update in September 2024.
At the time of writing, there is no confirmed release date for Season 1. However, players likely will not have to wait for long since the official launch of Space Marine 2 has already taken place. The update will not only bring Ultrawide support for the game but also introduce private PvE lobbies and the Battle Barge Sparring Arena.
