To open the Legendary Chest at this castle, you need to find and eliminate two Samurai Daisho located close to each other.

Where To Find Omizo Castle in Assassin’s Creed Shadows?

Omizo Castle is one of the few castles in the Omi region, located at the west of Lake Biwa. It is situated directly north of Sakamoto Castle, along the coastline. You can access the castle from the north through Outer Farmlands, or southwest via the Ado River Valley. Omizo Castle contains two Samurai Daisho and is considered a low-wealth base. 

Omizo Castle All Samurai Daisho Location in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Samurai Daisho are elite enemies, who are arguably stronger than regular ones. You can find the location of Samurai Daisho with the indication of the Samurai helmet symbol over the white dots on the HUD. Using the observe mechanics allows you to trace out their exact location, allowing you to assassinate them hassle-free. 

As mentioned earlier, you only need to take out two Samurai Daisho to access the Legendary Chest of this castle. 

• Samurai Daisho 1: Infiltrate the castle by navigating through its southwest region, as it makes you quickly clear the two Samurai Daisho. The first Samurai Daisho is in the southern area of the Omizo Castle, along with several enemies. 
• Samurai Daisho 2: After assassinating the first Samurai, get to the main castle area by heading north and crossing the water. From there, you can see the second Samurai Daisho and the Legendary Chest directly in front of you. The Samurai patrols an open area near the chest. Create an opening and take out the second Samurai Daisho by planning strategically.

Omizo Castle Legendary Chest Location and Rewards in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

The Legendary Chest is located in the open area east of the main building. Once you eliminate both Samurai Daisho, you can open the Legendary Chest, which rewards you with a Legendary Headgear Mamushi Snake Hood. Here are the overall rewards you get by clearing the Omizo Castle: 

• 3,000 XP.
• 2 Mastery Points.
• Mamushi Snake Hood (Legendary Headgear).
