Players will go across the Dawnshore to help Giatta with her project in Animacy Method in Avowed. Let’s take a better look at the quest.
The Animacy Method is one of the longer main quests in Avowed. The players will be tasked with helping Giatta in her Animacy Project. The stakes will be quite high throughout the mission, and you will find many additional objectives to do on your journey through Dawnshore.
You should be quite popular among the crowd by now thanks to the previous quest, so all of the leaders will be very eager to help you and your party out in the time of need. Now, we will go through the details of the Animacy Method quest and tell you everything you need to know about it.
How To Complete the Animacy Method Quest in Avowed
The Animacy Method quest will start right after you finish the An Untimely End quest in Avowed. When you enter the Emerald Stair, the first thing you will see is Yatzli being attacked by some Sporelings at Maxim’s Claw. Help her out, and she will then give you a side mission to do. After completing the side quest, go to the northwest of the Coastal Farms. On your way, you will notice an Adra Waystone; it is a sign that you are in the right direction.
Keep moving forward in that direction, and eventually, you will reach Fior mes Iverno. There Captain Aelfyr of the Steel Garrote will be the first one you meet. Talk to the good captain and then proceed to meet Governor Ignassi Vidarro. Now, just follow the crowd noises, and you will reach the Governor’s Manor. However, Vidarro will try to refuse you at first but will quickly change his mind when you tell him that you are working for Ambassador Hylgard.
Go to Giatta’s House
The Governor won’t agree to the use of animancy, but Giatta will insist that it will help them with their issues. Finish your conversation with the Governor and then go to Giatta’s house in the southwest area of the town. It will be behind Bone and Boar. She will then ask you to speak to the three NPCs given below:
- Elia Rossell at the Revenant Farm
- Ivette and Remi at the docks
- Monto at the Animancy Workshop in Fior mes Iverno
These three people will be able to help you in your quest, and they all know Giatta.
Speak to the Three NPCs
So let’s start with speaking to Elia. As mentioned above, she will be in the Revenant Farm. Once you go there, you will have to fight Silvo the Revenant. After you have defeated Silvo, go back to Elia and ask her about the Dreamscourge.
After that, simply go to the docks and speak with Remi; you won’t have to do any additional tasks to talk to them. The duo will tell you everything you want to know, and then you can proceed to the next NPC.
The last person you will need to talk to is Monto in the Animancy Workshop. He will ask you to find the Adragan Heart before he tells you anything. It will be at the Delemgan Glade. There are two ways you can do the objective once you are in the Delemgan Glade. First, you can just approach the Delemgan Queen’s people peacefully and ask their queen for the item.
But if you prefer a more violent approach, then you can do that as well. In this approach, you will have to kill everyone in the Delemgan Queen’s Army and then defeat her in a boss battle. This way will take longer, but you will get to loot the corpse of the Queen. Now, return to Monto with the item and place it in the contraption. Monto will then tell you everything, and then you should go back to Gaitta’s home and give her a report.
Report Back to Giatta
After you have reported to Giatta. She will give you a key that unlocks the basement door. Then you can take Giatta’s Phantasmal Focus. At last, Giatta will join your party, and the Animacy Method quest in Avowed will be completed.
