The default LMG is the best one, i.e., the L110. While the other LMG in the open beta, the KTS100 MK8, has no recoil, its damage output is lower than the L110. This makes the L110 a more versatile pick in most sticky situations.

The best class for the LMG is the Support. This is because using a LMG means you will not have to deal with a sprint penalty. This will let you lay down suppressing fire as you reach your teammates to revive them.

Best Class Build for LMG Loadout

The strategy is a Support is to reach your teammates and help them out. At the same time, you cannot end up playing a passive role so having the L110 to defend yourself in tough situations will help you.

• Field Specs: Starts off by healing allies with health packs. Can eventually heal downed teammates
• Secondary Weapon: The P18 sidearm which should only be used as a last resort
• Gadget 1: Supply Bag which resupplies all nearby infantry with ammo and increases passive health regeneration even when under enemy fire
• Gadget 2: Defibrillator to revive both squad members and teammates all the way to full health
• Throwable: Smoke Grenade to distract the enemy while healing your allies
• Melee: Knife for close quarters combat. However, the Defibrillator can also serve as a quick insta kill if you have the charge to spare
