The Logitech C920x HD Pro is one of the best webcams you can buy for under $60. This is a bit of an older model compared to others, but its fantastic quality makes it a better choice compared to newer models. In fact, it was originally launched at $99, but it became cheaper over time. However, the quality you are getting is that of a $100 price bracket.
The sensor inside this webcam can capture videos at 1080p resolution with 30FPS. This sensor lets in much more light compared to others and even manages to retain the finer details in the facial structures of the subjects. Even in low-light situations, the Logitech C920x holds its image clarity fairly well. It can be the perfect partner for your streaming setup and video calls.
2) Microsoft Modern Webcam With Built-in Noise-Cancelling Microphone
The Microsoft Modern Webcam is designed specifically for streaming, video calls, Zoom meetings, and more. As the name suggests, it is built specifically for modern apps, such as Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. The webcam firmware includes an advanced HDR algorithm, which can greatly enhance many scenes.
The Microsoft Modern Webcam captures footage at 1080p resolution with 30FPS. Its picture quality is just as good as the Logitech C920x or even better in some scenes, thanks to superior white balance, auto exposure, and color accuracy. There’s also an option to attach it to a tripod if you want a different angle.
3) EMEET S600 4K Webcam for Streaming
The EMEET S600 is one of the most interesting webcams at this price point. It can record videos at 1080p with 60 FPS, which makes its video footage a lot smoother. Game streamers would absolutely love the inclusion of 60FPS, which is hard to find at this price point. In fact, this is the only webcam on this list that can record at 60FPS. The picture quality is also quite decent, but not as good as the Microsoft Modern Webcam or Logitech C920x.

It can improve the low-light recording capabilities significantly. Even decently lit rooms can benefit from the ring LED light, as the brightness is user-adjustable. It can record in 1080p with 30 FPS or 720p with 60 FPS. Ideally, you would want to achieve 1080p with 60 FPS, but you can hardly complain when the price is $44.98.
If you can look past the resolution and refresh rate, the quality is actually quite decent, with lower noise levels compared to other webcams in this price range. It also includes a built-in microphone for video calls.
5) Logitech Brio 101 Full HD 1080p Webcam
The Logitech Brio 101 is the cheapest webcam on our list. It is priced at just $29.99, so it doesn’t have any fancy features like a ring LED light or 4K, but it gets the basics right. It can record at 1080p with 30 FPS and also has an integrated microphone, and the video quality is more than good enough. It may not seriously impress you, but it is significantly better than the integrated laptop webcams. It also has a physical shutter that can block the webcam’s view, which is something privacy enthusiasts will love.
Final Thoughts
Webcams like the Logitech C920x and EMEET S600 are obviously the best and deliver better quality, but they can still be a bit expensive for those users. Those on an extreme budget can get the Logitech Brio 101 instead.
