Learn how to create a build around Rafa’s Peacebreaker Cannons Action Skill in Borderlands 4, largely using the Remote Agent skill tree. 

Rafa’s Remote Agent (red) skill tree features the Peacebreaker Cannons Action Skill, which activates the Exo-Soldier’s shoulder-mounted weapons to shoot any enemies in sight. This Action Skill has such high damage potential that you can rely on it completely, with no need to fire your handheld weapon. This build powers up the Peacebreaker Cannons to tear through any enemies in front of you, making quick work of large groups as well as bosses.

While the Peacebreaker Cannons are active, using the Action Skill causes them to double their Critical Hit Chance and gain increased Critical Hit Damage. Killing an enemy restores Action Skill Duration while also causing his Action Skill Duration to drain faster.

Capstone

• Double-Ought Autoshot

Double-Ought Autoshot replaces the Peacebreaker Cannons with shotguns. Rafa’s turrets gain a chance to ricochet. Ricochets deal reduced damage, but critical hits always ricochet. This synergizes well with the Instinto Augment, which increases the critical hit chance.

Weapons

• Phantom Flame (Legendary)
  • Midday: Zooming in locks onto the target and all shots fired hit the locked-on target.
  • Jacobs: Critical hits ricochet projectiles to nearby enemies.

You can farm for the Phantom Flame Legendary pistol at the Tender Cage Ripper Drillsite.

Alternatively, you can look for high damage Jacobs elemental pistols. Legendaries are not required for the build since it primarily relies on Action Skill damage.
