There is only one way to acquire this weapon, and that is to unlock Sciel as a party member. In Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, you and your party go on an expedition to destroy the Paintress. However, something happens at the beach, and most of your party members die. Eventually, you reunite with Lune and Maelle. Now the trio go to the Gestral Village, and they participate in the Gestral arena tournament.
