Clair Obscur Expedition 33 is a new real-time turn-based RPG by Sandfall Interactive, taking place in a dystopian world where people fade away into nothing when the Paintress paints a mysterious number. As you progress through the Spring Meadows, the game’s first major area, you will encounter a particular white-colored Nevron named Jar near the Expedition 81 Rest Point.

Approaching the Nevron triggers a cutscene where he asks for a little help, requesting you to find his light. However, the game doesn’t specify what the light is or where you can find it. Leave the worries—the quest requires you to find a key item called Resin and take it back to him. If you are aiming to help the poor Nevron regain his light, follow this guide to know where to find the Resin in Clair Obscur Expedition 33.

To help Jar, you should locate the Resin. Fortunately, you don’t have to travel far from the Abandoned Expeditioner Camp in Spring Meadows. Head through the main pathway by getting past the Expedition 81 Rest Point. Continue along the path by heading left, and you will need to cross a bridge. Then, descend the slope and head right to locate the Resin, which glows purple. A few wooden crates and barrels surround the Resin. Break them and approach the Resin to pick it up.

What To Do With the Resin in Clair Obscur Expedition 33

Upon obtaining the Resin, return to Jar near the Expedition 81 Rest Point. Taking back the Resin to Jar requires you to shoot the lamp in his hand. Aim your projectile and hit the target to complete the quest. This completes the quest and rewards you with a Healing Tint Shard, which can be used to get an extra healing item during battle. You can also fight him after completing the quest, which rewards three Colour of Lumina and a Chroma Catalyst upon defeating Jar.
