The Dead Rails Glitch allows you to obtain unlimited milk in the game. Covering yourself in milk allows you a speed boost.

While Dead Rails is in the Alpha stage, the game still has some glitches. The community has recently figured out a new glitch involving the Milkman Class and having unlimited milk. For those unaware, this item provides some big boosts to the player, including fast movement and regeneration in the game (player has to be milk-soaked), making it ideal for aggressive play and town raids.
This article will explain how to go about this Dead Rails Milk Glitch.
Dead Rails Milk Glitch: How To Get Infinite Milk
The first step is for you to get the Milkman Class. This is one of the most expensive classes in the game – costing 75 Bonds. Bonds can be earned by completing runs (10 Bonds for Normal mode, 20 for Nightmare mode), challenges from the Challenge Board in checkpoint towns, random spawns in buildings, or completing the torn-note collection mission in Sterling Town.
Once you have the required amount of Bonds, you can purchase the class at the Class Selection Menu in the game’s lobby or main menu before starting a run. Once you obtain this, open the Starting Items Box (spawns with each class). From the box, you will get the milk bottle.
Grab the milk bottle and position yourself against a wall or a boulder, making sure the bottle’s mouth is facing downward. Once you’re set, begin pouring the milk. This will trigger the glitch – it won’t actually empty the bottle, but it will cover your character in milk.

Once you fully cover your character in milk (100%), stop pouring and remove the bottle – you’ll see the milk is still inside. After full coverage, your character gains a speed boost and starts regenerating health. When the power wears off, you can repeat the trick as many times as you like to activate the unlimited milk glitch.
Note: Make sure to follow the steps in order to trigger the glitch, i.e., go against the wall and then start pouring the milk. If you do not trigger the glitch, the bottle will be empty, and you will only be able to use your boosts once.
