According to the information provided in Deltarune, you will require the Thorn Ring and Pure Crystal for crafting the Twisted Sword. Out of these two ingredients, only the Thorn Ring is currently obtainable, and only through the Snowgrave Route. There is no information available for the Pure Crystal. Moreover, if you complete the Snowgrave Route with Noelle, it is most probable that he leaves with the ring, meaning you cannot keep it. Therefore, the best way out there to retain the Thorn Ring is to exit the route early before Noelle leaves with it.
As of now, the only available way to get your hands on the Twisted Sword is to use mods or the cheat engine. Only Kris can equip the Twisted Sword. It is a lethal weapon that provides a powerful +16 ATK boost, which can eliminate the enemy in one hit. Additionally, the Twisted Sword comes with a special move called Trance Down. So, the best approach for now is to collect the Thorn Ring during the Snowgrave Route and ensure storing it in your inventory.
