How good is Refusal of the Call in Destiny 2? Find out the most suitable PvE & PvP God Rolls for the Glaive.

An important Strand Glaive you will encounter in Destiny 2 now is Refusal of the Call. This weapon is one of the rewards from The Nether that players can now enjoy. And trust me, you do not want to skip it. Glaives got a buff in general, which makes Refusal of the Call an even better weapon, surpassing what a regular Glaive can do.

How To Get the Strand Glaive
The new Nether activity, out of all Heresy activities, has a high chance of getting you the Glaive you desire. This is the case for almost all Heretical weapons from Episode 3, and Refusal of the Call is no different. You can also focus the weapon in the Tome of Want by using the Scriptures. Gathering the materials will then grant you access to a good Roll for this Glaive.

Here, what we are trying to do is swap to the Glaive after landing a kill with a different weapon. So, naturally, we want the handling to be the best for this weapon. A Tempered Truss Rod, Swap Mag, and a Masterwork in handling will do the trick. If you are confused about why we want to land a kill with another weapon, it’s because of the Discord perk.
Final blows with another weapon will help Discord grant increased speed for ADS, accuracy, and airborne effectiveness for a short time to the applied weapon. Additionally, this perk will also refund ammo as long as you use it to land final blows. It will come in handy since Refusal of the Call uses Special Ammo.
Since we will be using this weapon for final blows as well, I suggest that you pick Sword Logic as your second perk. Final blows will grant you bonus damage. If you defeat more powerful targets, the strength and duration of the bonus increase.

Perk 1 | Impulse Amplifier |
Perk 2 | Disruption Break |

Origin Trait | Willing Vessel |
Unlike the PvE God Roll, the PvP one will mainly revolve around ranged attacks. Ballistic Tuning, Accurized Rounds, and a Masterwork in range will help us achieve our goal and complement the Impulse Amplifier perk we are picking.
Players will get an increased reload speed while also receiving an increased projectile velocity with the help of Perk 1. As for Perk 2, we will go for Disruption Break. It will make enemies vulnerable to Kinetic damage for a short period when you break their shield.
