Destiny 2 is about to receive a massive update when its ‘The Edge of Fate’ expansion releases next week. Besides adding a brand new location, dubbed Kepler, and questline to the game, this expansion will also overhaul how many of the existing weapons and armor pieces work in the game.

Bungie revealed the full list of changes coming to Exotic armor just prior to the expansion’s release. Let’s check it out in detail.

Hunter Class

Refer to the following table to understand what has changed in the Hunter’s Exotic armor pieces.

Athrys’s EmbracePvE weighted throwing knife bonus damage increasing from 200% to 300%
Triton ViceGlaive melee damage in PvE going from 100% to 200%
Ophidia SpatheIn PvE, maximum throwing knife damage bonus increasing from 100% to 200%

Titan Class

The following are The Edge of Fate Exotic armor changes for the Titans.

Exotic Armor NameChanges
Peregrine GreavesImpact damage bonus from the shoulder charge ability increasing from 363% to 400%. This applies to only non-Tormentor, non-Champion, and non-miniboss enemies.
Heart of Inmost LightYour max PvE melee damage bonus from the piece will increase from 20% to 50%. Glaive melee ability and unpowered damage will increase too.
Synthoceps and Spirit of the SynthocepsMelee damage bonus doesn’t decrease when you use it with Stylish Executioner, Glaive Melee, or Combination Blow. However, if used with Lightning Surge, your damage bonus will still decrease.
Wormgod CaressMax PvE melee damage bonus increasing from 275% to 400%. Your melee damage won’t go down when you use it in conjunction with Glaive melee or Roaring Flames.
Wishful IgnoranceMax Frenzied Blade damage bonus increasing from 100% to 200% in PvE. Flechette Storm melee damage bonus in PvE is also going from 50% to 200%.

Warlock Class

For this class, only the Winter’s Guile Exotic armor is undergoing some change. For this one, the maximum PvE melee damage bonus will now be 400% instead of 275%.
