In this guide, we shall go over how to recover FP in Elden Ring Nightreign, so you can use magic or weapon abilities.

Elden Ring Nightreign is a challenging roguelike that condenses the Elden Ring gameplay loop into a 40-60-minute run. You have to be at the top of your game if you wish to beat this, and the only way to do so is to utilize every tool you’ve got. This means mastering your weapons and utilizing all your abilities.
As you use each weapon, you’ll notice they all have individual weapon abilities. You can use these abilities to deal extra damage, buff yourself, evade attacks, and so much more. While they may seem blatantly overpowered on paper, they’re balanced out by the FP bar.
The weapon abilities, or even magic in this game, work through using FP. This is the blue bar underneath your health bar. As you use magic or weapon abilities, you run through this bar and deplete it. While in Elden Ring, you had a flask to recover FP.
This is not the case anymore with Nightreign. Recovering FP in Elden Ring Nightreign is a complicated process, and we’re here to walk you through it. In this guide, we shall discuss how to recover FP in Elden Ring Nightreign.

The first and easiest way of recovering FP in Elden Ring Nightreign is by using the Sites of Grace. Each time you pass by a Site of Grace, your FP, along with your health and other status ailments, is restored. Make sure to run very close to the Sites of Grace to reap their benefits. You can locate these sites by using the map. Press the M key on the PC, or the Touchpad/View button on consoles. The Sites of Grace are marked by a yellow circle icon.
Secondly, the other way to recover FP is through the use of Starlight Shards. These are a one-time consumable item that restores FP upon consumption. You’ll find these while exploring the world, looting chests, and breaking crates.
Finally, the last way of restoring FP is through the flowers across the map. As you run across the game’s open fields, you’ll find tons of mini flower gardens. These mini gardens all have restorative properties. The red ones heal, while the bluish-white ones restore FP.
