Bows are the weapon of choice for the Ironeye Nightfarer in Elden Ring Nightreign; learn where to look for them across Limveld.

In Elden Ring: Nightreign, choosing to play as Ironeye transforms you into a ranged combatant who becomes a constant source of DPS for the team. However, upgrading from your basic bow is crucial if you hope to survive against the upcoming bosses in the run, including the Nightlord. Fortunately, there are several reliable ways to acquire stronger bows when playing as Ironeye, though each method varies in efficiency and reward.
How To Get Bows in Elden Ring Nightreign

Finding Bows in Chests
The simplest way to obtain a new bow is by looting chests found throughout Points of Interest (POI). These locations can be spotted as soon as you land in Limveld. Just open your map and observe the nearest marked icons. They include churches, ruins, forts, and Gaols, among other sites.
After defeating enemies guarding a POI, you can explore the area to find a chest. Even though chests are relatively common, they have a chance to spawn rare and even legendary bows.
While this method relies heavily on luck and may not always yield what you’re after, chests are still worth checking when passing through or exploring new areas. Upon beginning a run, the best course of action is to explore the POI close to the edge of the map as they will later be rendered inaccessible because of the Night’s Tide.
Defeating Field Bosses

Field bosses are strewn across the map, and some are identified by dragon or skull icons. When you defeat one of them, the “Enemy Felled” or “Great Enemy Felled” update will appear on-screen. The former refers to minibosses, while the latter indicates more powerful bosses, which yield rarer rewards like legendary weapons.
Bosses drop randomized loot upon defeat, and you have a good chance of receiving two or more weapons. Since the weapons you receive from bosses are tailored for your chosen Nightfarer, defeating bosses as Ironeye increases your chances of receiving a mighty bow. Before hunting down a series of Field Bosses, level up your character, identify their difficulty, and keep tabs on the Night’s Tide.
Scouring Weapon Racks
Weapon racks are another potential spot for bows to spawn. Racks are often found in fortified areas like castles or military camps, and you’ll often find them near tents or along the battlements. They can contain a variety of weapons like axes or swords, but if you find one stocked with bows, that’s your target.
However, bows found in racks are usually lower on the rarity scale. Some may be underwhelming compared to what you already have equipped, so use this method to fill early-game gaps rather than expecting top-tier gear.
