The Bridge Construction Report side quest is a small but rewarding side quest in Enshrouded. While it may not be crucial to the main storyline, completing this task will help you learn more about the world and advance your relationship with the Carpenter. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps needed to complete the quest and help you locate the secret treasure chest.
Bridge Construction Report Side Quest Guide
The Bridge Construction Report is a side quest that you receive from the Carpenter survivor in Enshrouded. It’s a very early quest in the game, and the steps are quite simple. However, finding the exact location of the treasure can be tricky.
First, before you can receive this quest you will need to rescue the Carpenter. Cade Hawthorn, who is the carpenter, can be found in the ancient vault in the southeast of the shrouded area. After rescuing him, get him comfortable with some shelter and place him in your base. Then, you can start to craft with him, and also get side quests.
Braelyn Bridge Pillars Treasure Location
The Braelyn Bridge is likely very close to where you set up your first base, just north of the Cinder Vault. Furthermore, the broken bridge goes above a Shroud area, and the treasure will be down near the base of one of these pillars.
The pillar you are looking for is going to be closer to the northern end of the bridge on the other side. If you have a glider, stay on top of the bridge until you get at least midway. Then, jump down into the shroud.
You are looking for a pile of rubble on the north side of one of the pillars. This pile will be kind of hard to see in the shroud, and it will be up against the stone of the pillar. After you locate it, take your pickaxe and start to dig down. Then, dig forward, moving inside the pillar. This will bring you to a golden treasure chest.
Unfortunately, there is unlikely to be a legendary weapon or tool inside. The weapons or materials you find will be common. However, completing this quest is necessary to advance additional side quests with the Carpenter. Moreover, you will need to complete them to advance and get access to better Carpenter crafting recipes.
