Skill Styles in ESO modify the look of various skills. There are 22 new skill customization options for skills across many base game skill trees.
You can find new colors or minor adjustments to animations for Soul Magic, Mages Guild, Fighters Guild, and many weapon skills. All those new skill styles in eso will allow you to personalize your build and character even more.

How to Get Cleave (Cinnabar Red) – Two-Handed
Cleve style that will transform its effect to Cinnabar red color you can get if you complete the A Signature with class achievement. You need to learn the Class Mastery Signature Script by combining 50 class Script Scraps, which you can find in rewards for completing Trials, Dungeons, PvP, Arenas, and Master Writs.
How to Get Whirlwind (Ochre Orange) – Dual Wield
Getting this Ochre Orange skill style in ESO is simple: complete the “Caught in a trap” quest. However, you’ll also need to own the Gold Road chapter and visit the West West Weald zone.
How to Get Weakness to Elements (Purple) – Destruction Staff
To get the Weakness to Elements skill in Purple color style you need to complete the Fate of the Forgotten Prince quest in West Weald zone, part of the Gold Road chapter. It will also help you earn the Truth Reflector achievement.
How to Get Wall of Elements (Violet Purple) – Destruction Staff
The Violet Purple color for Wall of Elements from Destruction stuff you can get from Pen is Mightier than the Sword achievement. It’s a collection of smaller achievements connected to scribing. You will need:
- A Signature with class: Learn the Class Mastery Signature Script by combining 50 class Script Scraps, that you can find in rewards for completing Trials, Dungeons, PvP, Arenas and Master Writs.
- Gifts from the Archmagister: Learn listed scripts from Mages Guild halls across the Tamriel.
- Focus Script Mastery: Learn all Focus Scripts
- Signature Script Mastery: Learn all Signature Scripts
- Affix Script Mastery: Learn all Affix Scripts
How to Get Force Shock (Onyx Black) – Destruction Staff
The force shock skill is from the destruction staff skill tree, and you can customize it with the Onyx Black color by completing the Ink Acquirer achievement. To do that, you need to get 15 Luminus Inks that are used in Scribing. But first, you must complete the scribing quest and unlock Sigil of the Luminary Indrik. Then, you can find more Luminous Inks by killing enemies or harvesting nodes.
How to Get Snipe (Scarlet Red) – Bow
You can get Scarlet Red color style for snipe skill once you get all three mythic items introduced in the Gold Road chapter. Collecting them will complete Antiquarian Chase: West Weald, and you’ll get the new ESO skill styles. Those three mythics are Rourken Heavy Gauntlets, Shadowseeker’s Cowl, and Mythic Necklace.
How to Get Poison Arrow (Crimson Red) – Bow
The Gold Road Pathfinder achievement unlocks the Crimson Red color for Poison Arrow. Pathfinder achievements are exploration activities where you need to find and visit all marked on a map with an eye icon locations, which are usually also quest hubs. There are six of those points of interest in West Weald to visit.
How to Get Reverse Slash (Ruby Red) – Two-Handed
To get the Reverse Slash in Ruby Res skill style in ESO, you must complete all four Mirrormoor Incrusions at the following Mosaic locations:
- Ostumir
- Sutch
- Colovia
- Silorn
How to Get Low Slash (Burnt Orange) – Sword and Shield
Getting this Burnt Orange skill style in ESO is another simple quest task. You need to complete the “Wing of the Gryphon” quest. However, you’ll need to own the Gold Road chapter and visit the West Weald zone.
How to Get Regeneration (Azure Blue) – Restoration Staff
To Get the Azure Blue effect for the Regeneration skill from the Restoration Staff skill tree, you must complete the West Weald Skyshard Hunter achievement. You must find and collect all 18 skyshards in the new West Weald zone introduced with the Gold Road Chapter.
How to Get Grand Healing (Lilac Purple) – Restoration Staff
The Lilac Purple effect for the Grand Healing skill is the first milestone in the SKill Stylist: Grand Healing achievement. This achievement requires you to collect and use Mosaic style shards from Mirrormoor Incrusions at West Weald Mosaics. For Grand killing style skill, you need only 10 of those.
How to Get Blessing of Protection (Sky Blue) – Restoration Staff
The Sky Blue effect style for the Blessing of Protection skill in the restoration skill tree unlocks the competition of the “Death and Titans” quest. Similarly, you must own the Gold Road chapter and find the quest in the West West Weald zone.
How to Get Soul Trap (Orchid Purple) – Soul Magic
Complete the “The Second Era of Scribing” quest in the Gold Road chapter to get the Orchid Purple skill style for one of ESO’s primary Soul Magic skills, the Soul Trap. You can start the quest in the West Weald zone, which is a part of the gold road chapter.
How to Get Warhorn (Amber Orange) – Assault
Getting Amber Orange Warhorn skill style will take you a few runs at disrupting the Valkynaz rituals. You must stop at a total of six different rituals surrounding the Mirrormoor Mosaics in the West Weald zone. Those similar to base game dolmens rituals are:
- Lirik
- Enuzel
- Marukhir
- Uldazzan
- Ryvekh
- Akqoth
How to Get Vigor (Soothing Blue) – Assault
If you complete the “The Wing of the Netch” quest in the Gold Road chapter, you will get the Soothing Blue Vigor skill style in ESO. It’s located in the West Weald zone.
How to Get Barrier (Turquoise Blue) – Support
To get the Barrier skill style in ESO, the Turquoise Blue color, you must complete the final quest in the scribing quest line. Scribing is a spell-crafting feature in ESO, and you can start it if you have access to the Gold Road chapter. Then head to West Weald zone Mages Guild, and you can start the Scribing quest line there.
How to Get Trap Beast (Dawnlight Orange) – Fighters Guild
One of the most valuable skills in the Fighters skill line, the Trap Beast skill, you can customize with Dawnlight Orange color style. You can get it by completing another gold road quest in the West Weald zone, called “the Wing of the Dragon.”
How to Get Expert Hunter (Carmine Red) – Fighters Guild
You can get Carmine’s red syle for Expert Hunter skill from the fighters guild skill tree from completing one of the achievements in the Lucent Citadel Trial. Trials are a 12-player activity. For this ESO skill style and Lucent Citadel Vanquisher achievement, you simply must run it at least once and defeat all the bosses there. It doesn’t matter the difficulty. You’ll also get the Azure dye and a Luminous title for your outfits. It’s definitely worth getting.
How to Get Dawnbreaker (Dusk Purple) – Fighters Guild
The Dusk Purple skill style is a significant achievement in the Skill Stylist: Grand Healing. To unlock this style, you must collect and use Mosaic style shards from Mirrormoor Incursions at West Weald Mosaics. To get the Dusk Purple Dawnbreaker Style skill, you only need to collect 20 of these shards.
How to Get Magelight (Viridian Green) – Mages Guild
Viridian Greem Magelite skill style is for completing all daily quest achievements in West Weald in Skingrad city. Once you arrive at the biggest city in the zone, look for three daily quest-givers east of the city weyshrine. Take and complete each one 15 times to get this ESO skill style.
Remember, there are a few possible quests for each of those daily job brokers; you can ask other players to share the quest type you haven’t completed yet to finish more than one of each daily.
How to Get Entropy (Vibrant Yellow) – Mages Guild
Gifts from the Archmagister achievement will unlock the Vibrant Yellow skill style for the Entropy skill. You need to learn listed scripts from Mages Guild halls across the Tamriel to complete it:
- Focus Script: Physical Damage
- Focus Script: Stun
- Focus Script: Damage Shield
- Signature Script:Hunter’s Snare
- Signature Script: Druid’s Resurgence
- Signature Script: Warriors Opportunity
- Affix Script: Vitality
- Affix Script: Maim
- Affix Script: Vulnerability
How to Get Meteor (Blazing Orange) – Mages Guild
The Blazing Orange skill style is for Meteor skill from the Mages Guild skill tree. To unlock this style, you must collect and use Mosaic style shards from Mirrormoor Incursions at West Weald Mosaics to complete the Skill Stylist: Grand Healing achievement. To achieve the Grand Killing Style skill, you need to collect 30 of these shards.
