After you talk to Rem at Eternia Village, you must now depart to Tropica Isles in search of the artist who can repair the broken statue. At this point in the story, you have Tropica Isles unlocked as a part of the ”Ride Skelegon to Tropica Isles” sub-quest in Chapter 5. To do so, interact with Skelegon and select Tropica Isles, which is in the bottom left corner of the map in the Past.

Tropica Isles in Fantasy Life i The Girl Who Steals Time
Tropica Isles is the fourth major location of Ginormosia that you unlock during your visit to the Past. Additionally, the area you are headed to is a beautiful and serene tropical island with a bustling port town. Once you land, a cutscene shows some of the major quest locations around the area.
After you land at the port, you can either look around and interact with various objects or head straight to the inner part of the town to progress with the quest. Moreover, your current quest now switches to finding Paulette Atelier, a renowned artist for whom you came to the island in the first place. Also, you should check the bulletin board before reaching her house.
Helping Paulette Atelier in Fantasy Life i The Girl Who Steals Time
Once you reach the center of the port town, a cutscene plays, showing the statue made by Paulette and some children singing a song. The song reminds Rem of an old pirate story about a treasure. After the cutscene ends, head straight to the top right corner of the town to the lavish pink house belonging to Paulette Atelier.
Entering the house triggers a cutscene that reveals your objective in Tropica Isles. Paulette had a rival named Kikyo, who was as skilled an artist as she was. However, Kikyo has been missing for quite some time, and Paulette has lost her will to work since nothing mattered without a rival to compare her art to.
Finally, Paulette reveals that Kikyo disappeared while searching for a pirate’s legendary treasure, the very one that Rem mentioned earlier in the town square. Additionally, she marks your map with three crosses indicating the locations where Kikyo might be. Your objective now is to find Kikyo in Fantasy Life i The Girl Who Steals Time.
