AMP content creator Fanum crash-landed on xQc from a treadmill and seemingly injured him during a MrBeast challenge video.
Felix “xQc” Lengyel went up against Roberto “Fanum” Escanio Pena, Kai Cenat, Logan Paul, and other content creators for a YouTube challenge video. James “MrBeast” Donaldson brought the “world’s largest treadmill” to the content creators and asked them to race, leading to Fanum injuring xQc.
James “MrBeast” Donaldson asked several participants to get on the treadmill and race against each other for a prize. The production team kept increasing the treadmill speed, and xQc was the first to be eliminated. Other contestants kept falling off the treadmill, and Fanum landed directly on top of xQc and hurt him.
After the incident, xQc commented that “Fanum just taxed” all of his bones, referencing the Fanum tax meme. Fanum created the viral meme after he would playfully take food from his friends, and his audience dubbed it the “Fanum tax.”
xQc Claims Fanum “Flattened” Him
MrBeast got on the giant treadmill with seven other content creators and shouted:
“Last one running wins”
Everyone started running on the treadmill, but xQc was the first to be eliminated. Shortly after he failed the challenge, other content creators started falling off the treadmill, with Fanum crash-landing on several people. xQc tweeted out after the incident:

Internet users were left concerned as the streamer is set to compete in the upcoming Sidemen Charity Match 2025 event. He had already suffered an injury during training and claimed he could feel his blood in his lungs.
IShowSpeed Won the World’s Largest Treadmill Challenge
Darren “IShowSpeed” Watkins Jr. won MrBeast’s treadmill challenge. The final three contenders were Logan Paul, Kai Cenat, and IShowSpeed. Cenat was the first to fall in the top-three phase, with Logan Paul and Speed falling at the same time during the final moments of the challenge.

MrBeast asked his crew to check the footage, which showed that Logan Paul fell just a second before Speed. While moments from the challenge are available on Speed’s livestream VOD (video on demand), MrBeast will post the entire challenge series on his YouTube channel later. Viewers don’t know what the prizes are for winning the challenge runs so far.
MrBeast is present at the Sidemen Charity Event 2025 training grounds to create videos with other creators. Sidemen members, YouTubers, and Twitch streamers will compete against each other in a football (soccer) charity match to raise money for healthcare.
The previous Sidemen match in 2022 raised over $3 million, and the content group hopes to raise even more money this year with top content creators like IShowSpeed, xQc, and Kai Cenat joining to support the cause.
