Fishing in Fields of Mistria is one of the important factors to keep in mind. Here’s its detailed rundown.

To survive in Fields of Mistria, you can hunt animals and buy vegetables. However, Fishing is one of the most neglected features in the game, which additionally allows you to increase the Town Level.
There are many Fishing spots in Mistria, and doing it is easy. Here’s how you can go fishing in the lands of Mistria and what it can be used for other than cooking.
How To Fish in Fields of Mistria?

Fishing is a recurring element in farm-life simulators. To do this in Fields of Mistira, you will need a Fishing Rod to set yourself up for the task. If you lack Tesserae, you can always explore the Mines to gather some copper and craft it (needs level Blacksmithing Level 4).
You can purchase the Fishing Rod from the Tackle Shop on the beach for 500 Tesserae. Once you have the Fishing Rod, you can go to the various fishing spots in the game, including the beach, and start the activity.
After successfully spotting a fish, you can stand on the edge and throw the fishing line. When the fish takes the bait, you can press the left click once more to reel and catch it.
You can always identify a fish through its shadow under the water. The bigger the shadow, the bigger the fish will be. We have a comprehensive guide here regarding all fish and their shadow sizes in the game.
Donating To Museum
The Museum in the Deep Woods offers various donation sets that the players can complete for rewards and Town Renown. This includes a Fish Collection Set which you can complete by catching and donating them to Errol.
Cooking Fish
In the kitchen, you can always create mouthwatering dishes. With the help of fish you’ve caught, your cooking journal will expand and allow you to cook many new dishes.
