Glass plays an essential role in Fields of Mistria and serves various purposes. While the game provides you with numerous avenues for procuring it, finding it can be hectic if you don’t know where to look.
While everyday materials like Stone and Wood can be harvested easily, finding Glass takes more effort. Here’s a detailed rundown of this item and how you can use it.
Where To Find Glass in Fields of Mistria?
You can find Glass all over Mistria. In all farms across the Town, you can always stumble upon big rocks. Take a pickaxe, preferably copper or iron, and break them down to get some shards.
Additionally, you can find Glass with a better drop rate in the Mines. The Mines unlock after you reach the Stone Town Rank and complete its quest. There, in the upper and lower levels, you can find Enchanterns, a type of enemy that drops Glass shards every time they are defeated.
We prefer the latter over the big rocks as it’s more consistent and Enchanterns have a higher spawn rate than the rocks. If you’re running low on energy, you can always buy Glass from the general store.
How To Use Glass?
Glass is an important crafting material for making regular kitchen items and crafting home essentials. Additionally, it serves a purpose in completing various story and side quests.
You can always take on more quests from the Request Board in the middle of Mistria. You can use your Journal and Quests tab to check what items are required to complete the quest. In the later parts of the story, you’ll receive a specific story mission to upgrade the famous Inn and this is where pre-harvested Glass will help you.
