Hello Kitty Island Adventure just got ported to Microsoft Windows and Nintendo Switch. With so much to do, many players started to find ways to do tasks quickly. Time travel is one of those ways, but it is very dangerous and can even corrupt the saved files.

Time travel can help in going ahead in time to quickly level up friendships, but the developers do not recommend using this method. Some players might be tempted to use this method; therefore, we are going to help them in attempting this scary method.

How To Time Travel

Hello Kitty Island Adventure has an in-game time system that controls the in-game day-night cycle. However, there is a time system that operates in real time. This system is used to limit the number of items players can give to in-game characters to increase friendship levels. This method can help the players in-game progression, but the repercussions can be dangerous, so be mindful when doing time travel. Here’s the process of time travel on PC:

1. Close the game and open ‘System Settings’.
2. Click on ‘Time & Language’ and select ‘Date & Time’.
3. Toggle off the ‘Set time automatically’ and ‘Set time zone automatically’ settings.
4. Select the ‘Set the date and time manually’ setting and click on the ‘Change’ button.
5. Change the date and time according to your choice and click on the ‘Change’ button.
6. Launch the game again to see the result.

To change the time on Nintendo Switch, follow this procedure:

1. First of all, close the game and go to ‘System Settings’ on your Nintendo Switch.
2. Scroll down and select the ‘System’ menu.
3. Select ‘Date and Time,’ and turn off the ‘Synchronise Clock via Internet’ setting.
4. Change the time as you want and save the settings.
5. Relaunch the game to see the effect of time travel.
