The Shaman Crest is a really strong endgame Crest you can get during the last act of Hollow Knight: Silksong.
You can get the Shaman Crest in Hollow Knight Silksong to greatly boost your combat capability. The rest of the Crests can all be acquired during the early to mid-game. However, this crest is unique in the sense that you can only get it during Act 3 of Silksong.
You will need to acquire the last mobility technique in the game and follow a specific set of instructions to reach this elusive Crest. Here is how to get this item.
How To Get Shaman Crest in Hollow Knight Silksong
Before you go to acquire this final equipment, you must be aware of the requirements for this Crest. There is one key ability you will need to attempt this journey, and that is the Silk Soar. You can only get this during the last act of the game.
- If you have this, then head to the first town you set foot in, Bone Bottom.
- Specifically, you will need to head inside the Bellstation of this area. You can simply fast travel from any other Bellstation to this place, using the Bell Beast.
- Jump down into the Ruined Chapel, and make your way to the right side.
- Once you reach the end, use the Silk Soar ability once to get into the hidden area in the roof.
- After that, simply follow the path until the end to acquire the Shaman Crest.
What Does the Shaman Crest Do?
This Crest has the unique power of sending out ranged attacks on all your needle-based attacks. It does this on your basic attacks, upward slashes, and downward attacks as well.
However, that is not the end. You cannot equip any Red, Blue or Yellow Tools by default in this Crest. Instead, you will have to use Memory Lockets to unlock two Blue Tool slots. Apart from this, the Crest has three White Slots instead. So, you can use a ton of Silk Abilities at the cost of not having access to any offensive tools.
