Here we will be discussing how to change the time of day in Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time.

Fantasy Life i has two different times of day; you can choose to play through at any given time. Not only will this have a visual impact on the game, but it will also affect some of the elements, including enemies and shops as well. In this article, we will be looking at how to change the time of day in Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time.
Change Time of Day in Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time

Changing the time of day in the game is quite a straightforward act. All you have to do is sleep at a location where the action is allowed. This will then pass the time, taking you directly to the next phase of the day, be it night or day. You have the option to choose whether to ‘Sleep Until Morning’ or ‘Rest Until Night.’
Sleeping also helps recover any lost HP, bringing your health back to full. These are the places where you can preferably choose to sleep and change the time of day.

What Time of Day Impacts
Availability of NPC
To progress through missions, meeting islanders or buddies is essential. It is through them that you will get tasks to perform and continue the game. When asked to visit certain NPCs at various locations, there is the possibility that these characters may not be present at the place. This is because these characters may only be available to visit at a certain time during the day. You can alter this by resting and changing the time of day to visit and try again.
Time-Specific Quests
Some of the quests given to you will have you fight off monsters or bosses. These, similar to the availability of NPCs, may also not always be present at any given time of the day. If lucky, you may see these bosses when you arrive there. If not, you can always change the time of day. This will trigger the bosses and monsters to spawn at that location, allowing you to further progress.
