Clearing Bounty in Oblivion Remastered

Next, you must head to Dzonol Cave, located west of the Imperial City. Also, refer to the attached image to arrive at the exact location. However, it is important to visit the location during the night.
The location will bring you to the bank of the river. From there, swim across the river to arrive at the other side. This spot is an ideal choice because it is not heavily guarded and you can easily locate the primary Thieves Guild contact.
Once you cross the river, you will find yourself in front of a garden. Run through it and head towards the light. Once there, you will meet Armand Christophe. Interact with him to open a dialogue box. Then, select the option “Pay off my fines and bounty.” Doing this will safely remove your bounty, and you are good to explore the area.
