To get the Aberration Hunters’ Amulet in Baldur’s Gate 3 you will need to progress through Act 1 until you reach the Githyanki Crèche. While you’re there, don’t forget to solve the puzzle and find the Blood of Lathander, as well. You can reach the Crèche by heading through the Mountain Pass in the northwest of the first Act 1 map area. This will lead you to the Rosymorn Monastery Trail, and you can discover the Crèche underneath the Monastery.

If you recruited her earlier, be sure to put Lae’zel in your party before entering the Crèche. Her dialogue with the guards will make it much easier for you to enter. Once inside, head forward and then take the first turn on the left. Keep to the left again when the hallway forks, and you will reach the Infirmary. At the back of the Infirmary, you will find the office of Principal Healer Ghustil Stornugoss.

Speak to her and you’ll get a chance to use the Zaith’isk, where if you are successful with the dice, you can earn the Awakened permanent bonus. Afterward, you will end up in a fight with the Githyanki in the Infirmary, including Stornugoss. When the first is over, you can loot the Aberration Hunters’ Amulet from her body.
