Welcome to our Harsh Language God Roll Guide Guide. The Harsh Language is a Wave Frame Grenade Launcher that can be obtained as a world drop can be purchased thru banshee or obtained by earning faction rank-up packages. Wave Frame Grenade Launchers are great in PvE because once the grenade lands, it releases a wave of energy. Wave Frame GL are not considered strong in PvP because their lack of one-shot kill potential like a Shotgun or Sniper Rifle. This weapon has insane splash damage and is able to destroy multiple enemies with a single shot. Harsh Language was introduced in the Lightfall expansion.
Why You Should Get Harsh Language Grenade Launcher?
You should get Harsh Language Grenade Launcher because it’s a void Wave Frame Grenade Launcher that has massive AoE damage and is easy to get. With its introduction in Lightfall, Void weapons, and Artifact in Season 20 emphasizes “volatile” rounds which does extra damage with mini-explosions. This weapon takes advantage of that grenade with a one-shot, fast-swapping GL made for the current meta. Here’s our list of why you should get Harsh Language Grenade Launcher:

How to obtain Harsh Language in Destiny 2?
Harsh Language is obtained by purchasing directly from Banshee in the Tower at random via Legendary engrams or by earning faction rank-up packages. Make sure to check this vendor regularly as many new weapons have become available.

Barrel: For the barrel, we are going to use the Quick Launch perk. This perk allows the projectile from the gun to land quicker and also allows us to quickly switch over to it. The combination of the fast projectile landing along with quickly switching weapons essentially increases our damage. Grenade Launchers and Rocket Launchers historically have been used to shoot out high-damage burst rounds, then quickly swap to another weapon to pack as much damage into as small a window as possible.
Magazine: For the magazine, we are using High-Velocity rounds for the magazine. High-Velocity rounds will increase our reload and velocity by +10 each. This fits with the theme of the weapon, quick burst damage, and fast weapon swapping.
Column 3 Perk: For our first perk we will use Envious Assassin. This perk is similar to Ambitious Assassin the difference is that you need to get kills with another weapon first, then quickly swap to this for a bonus overflow. This also reloads the gun if you shoot it without reloading. Multi kills with other weapons will overflow this Gun going from 1 bullet to 2 bullets. The perks we are taking are quickly swapping and high velocity so this is a great choice.
Column 4 Perk: Our last perk is going to be Destabilizing Rounds. This perk allows kills with this weapon to make nearby enemies Volatile which makes them take extra damage and eventually explode. This perk is very strong because once the artifact mod volatile flow is gone you won’t be able to access volatile rounds easier.
Masterwork: The handling masterwork lets you switch to the gun faster and ready it quicker. If you can get this weapon handling to over 80, you will be able to switch to this weapon quicker. Faster weapon swapping is essentially increased DPS. You can lob a grenade, rocket, witherhorde, etc., then use another bursting weapon before going to your kinetic weapon. Short window, big damage.
Mod: for the mod, we use minor spec which helps us deal extra damage to red health enemies. This gun does great damage to trash enemies so why not do even more to secure the kills.
Conclusion: This gun is an add-clearing machine it allows you to clear enemies quickly and efficiently. The gun has great potential in high-end content. Making enemies volatile makes them easier to take down and does lots of damage to other enemies around it. Wave Frame Grenade launchers are great in any PVE content since they have great AOE.

Barrel: For the barrel, Quick Launch allows the projectile from the gun to land quicker and also allows us to quickly switch over to it. We want to switch to this weapon quickly so we can fire it and go back to our primary weapon to finish them quickly. The quick perk launch adds +10 velocity and +15 handling. In PVP, you will not have time to reload this gun so you want to fire it and shoot your enemy with your primary weapon to finish them quick launch allows us to do just that.
Magazine: We are using High-Velocity rounds for the magazine. High-Velocity Rounds give a nice stat boost of +10 velocity and reload speed. This allows the projectile to land faster and allows you to swap to the weapon quicker. People move quickly in PVP, so you want to be able to catch them off guard having high velocity allows us to increase our overall damage output.
Column 3 Perk: Our first perk is Envious Assassin. This is similar to Ambitious Assassin the difference is that you need to get kills with other weapons to overflow Harsh Language. In PvP, ammo is limited so treat this as an auto-reload when you get a kill with your other weapons.
Column 4 Perk: Our final perk is Disruption Break. Disruption Break is a strong perk that is slept on if you break their shields with this perk they will take serious damage from all kinetic weapons. If you combine Disruption Break with a 120 RPM hand cannon it should be enough to 1 shoot them with a headshot.
Masterwork: The Handling masterwork Lets you switch to the gun faster and ready it quicker. If you can get this weapon handling to over 80 you will be able to switch to this weapon quicker. As always being able to switch to a weapon quicker allows us to take down enemies quickly.
Mod: Lastly for our mod we will use Quick Access Sling. This lets you switch to the gun faster and ready it quicker. A nice and simple mod that is perfect to catch people off guard.
Conclusion: This gun is not the best in the current PvP meta but it has some good rolls for people that like to hot-swap. Feel free to experiment with this gun but most folks will stick with Fusion Rifles, Sniper Rifles and Shotguns in PvP special ammo slot.
