One ingredient that you will need to craft items is Aqua Sac, which you might not have readily available in your inventory.
You can get Aqua Sac from large monsters, and you will need to take on additional quests from Alma to kill them in most cases. In this article, we will explain how you can easily get Aqua Sac in Monster Hunter Wilds.
Ways To Get Aqua Sac in Monster Hunter Wilds
Aqua Sac comes from two specific Large Monsters in Monster Hunter Wilds:
- Balahara
- Uth Duna

Both of these are Large Monsters and present tough battles. You will have to undertake full-fledged hunts to kill them and get this item as a drop. As a compulsory quest, you will have to kill both of them during the main story as well. However, you might not necessarily get Aqua Sac as a drop at that time.
Uth Duna is the apex predator of the Scarlet Forest and one of the biggest monsters you will encounter in the game. While it is not a very difficult fight, it might be prolonged because of the monster’s ability to use shields.

The best way to farm Aqua Sac in Monster Hunter Wilds is to complete the Balahara optional hunt over and over again. As mentioned earlier, Uth Duna is an apex monster and generally a more difficult fight than Balahara. On the other hand, Balahara is less daunting, and and its phases are also not too far off, further reducing the total time it takes to kill this monster.
Make sure to use a lot of Focus Mode with special attention to Focus Strikes. Severing or breaking body parts greatly increases your chances of getting some of the rare items in the game.
