Rock Fruit finally received an update, and this time Asta is the main highlight. Players have been waiting for new content since the game felt a bit stale, but with Asta’s arrival, along with Sid Beta V2, there is finally something new you can grind for. As always, unlocking new characters can take some time, as you need to craft some items, look out for rare materials, and complete difficult quests, and obtaining Asta isn’t that simple either.
This guide will explain how to unlock Asta in Rock Fruit and explain all his movesets.
How To Obtain Asta in Rock Fruit
To unlock Asta, head to the Second Sea and travel to the Event Island, where you’ll find the Asta NPC. From there, you’ll need to gather several rare items with low drop chances.
Required Items
- Magic Book – Dropped by mobs on Event Island.
- Clover Items – Dropped by mobs on the new Clover Island.
- Demon Blade – Found at the skull structure (drop chance: 0.05%).
- Demon Book – Crafted using 1 Shiny Clover + 1 Magic Book (crafting success chance: 15%).
- Shiny Clover – Crafted using 1 Leaf Clover + Orb Evolution (success chance: 1%).
Note: The Shiny Clover is widely considered the hardest part of the grind because of its extremely low success rate.
Should You Trade Instead?
While trading is an option, demand for Asta-related items is high, making trades expensive and rare. Most players will need to farm for hours (or days) to gather everything required.

Base Form Moves
- Z Move – Dash attack.
- C Move – Spinning slash that hits multiple enemies.
Demon Transformation (F Move)
Activating Demon Form buffs your stats and changes your move set.
- Z & X Moves (Transformed) – Completely different from base form, offering new damage patterns.
- C Move (Transformed) – Same as base C move, but with upgraded red visuals.
- V Move – Special cutscene transformation attack, flashy and powerful.
Is Asta Worth It?
Asta’s base moves are solid, but his Demon Form is where he really shines, turning him into a strong and flashy fighter. However, farming items like the Demon Blade (0.05% drop chance) and Shiny Clover (1% chance) makes unlocking him extremely grind-heavy. Meanwhile, Sid Beta V2 requires rare crafting items and a Robux investment, putting it out of reach for many players.
If you plan to grind for Asta, be ready for long farming sessions or costly trades, but once you unlock him, his transformation makes the effort worthwhile.
