Cooking and resource gathering is an integral aspect of any MMORPG. Throne and Liberty takes this mantra to heart, incentivizing players to cook in return for attractive stat boosts and buffs. The more complex dishes require more difficult-to-find cooking ingredients. The Beast Fang is one such ingredient that is really hard to come across.

In this guide, we’ll go over what the Beast Fang is, what dishes it is used for and how you can find the evasive cooking ingredient.

What is the Beast Fang in Throne And Liberty?

The Beast Fang is a giant tooth from a monster and is used as a cooking ingredient in Throne and Liberty. “A giant tooth obtained from a ferocious monster. Used for special dishes,” the Beast Fang item description reads.

The fang is used to cook the Wild Pot-au-feu consumable item which grants +100 Boss Hit Chance, +50 Demon Damage Boost and+50 Demon Damage Resistance for a duration of 60 minutes. The buffs granted by the dish also persist after death. You can cook the dish in either the Cooking Ovens or at the campfires.

Where to Find the Beast Fang in Throne and Liberty?

You can obtain the Beast Fang as a reward for completing the Temple of Slaughter dungeon. This is a Tier 1 Level 50 dungeon that requires 300 Dimensional Contract Tokens to claim the rewards. You will get the Beast Fang as a reward for beating the Rex Chimaerus boss at the end of the level and completing the dungeon.

If the former proves to be too difficult, you can take on the Carmine Rage Island Tier 2 dungeon. Your character will need to be at Level 50 to enter the dungeon. Complete the dungeon and beat Gaitan, the final boss to get the Carmine Rage Island Conquest Reward package. This package includes the Beast Fang.

Alternatively, you can get the Beast Fang as a drop from the Starving Bigmouth Marshark, Starving Blade Marshark, Starving Explosive Marshark, Starving Headbutting Marshark, Starving Hammer Marshark and the Starving Sawblade Marshark. These enemies are all Level 53 enemies, so we recommend preparing accordingly before you take them head-on.

Throne and Liberty is a free-to-play MMORPG developed by NCSOFT and published by Amazon Games. The game released in Early Access on September 26, 2024, with a full release on October 1, 2024.
