Step 1: Unlock Snowy Mountains Island
To begin, you need access to the Snowy Mountains:
- Travel to Caldera Island and talk to the Arctic Traveler NPC at the docks.
- Equip the Dragonflame Shovel and talk to the NPC again.
- The Dragonflame Shovel costs $400,000,000 at the Magma Furnace.
- This unlocks the Snowy Mountains island, where you can begin progression quests.

Step 2: Progress to Frozen Peak
You’ll need to complete quests on Snowy Mountains island to reach Frozen Peak:
- Repairing the Bridge -> Requires materials like Blue Ice, Titanium, and Glacial Quartz.
- Clearing the Path -> Requires Cobalt, Volcanic Core, and Vortessence.
After finishing both quests, you’ll unlock access to the Frozen Peak area, where the Cryonic Artifact spawns.
