There are many secrets to be discovered within Stardew Valley. These can be found by interacting in hidden locations with certain items. However, if you do not know these requirements, it might become quite difficult to obtain these items.
To obtain a hidden weapon, you will need the Far Away Stone, which is quite elusive to obtain by itself. Here is how to get and use this item.

How To Obtain the Far Away Stone in Stardew Valley
You need to first obtain the Ancient Doll before this item. You can find the Ancient doll itself by digging up various artifact spots. Alternatively, there is also a chance that a maximum friendship pet dog also gifts you this doll.
Regardless of the means, once you have obtained this doll, you will then need to proceed to one of two locations. These are:
- Level 100 of the mines – lava pool
- Volcano Caldera
Once you are at any of the above locations, hold the Ancient Doll in your hand, and right-click on the lava. You will now have the Far Away Stone. Moreover, you should note that there is no limit on obtaining this item. You can obtain the stone as many times as you want.

What To Do With the Far Away Stone in Stardew Valley
The Far Away Stone is used to obtain a hidden weapon within the game. Take this stone to the bottom of the Wizard Tower and place it on the Terraria pylon pedestal.
You will obtain the Meowmere sword once you get past the previous step. Additionally, this sword is based on a sword from Terraria, under the same name. If you kill an enemy with this sword, they will burst into rainbow sparkles.
