Fine Gold Thread is one such invaluable resource that comes in handy during your adventures through the different chapters of the game. It also helps in upgrading. However, this item is a bit difficult to come by.
Where to Find Fine Gold Thread in Black Myth: Wukong
While finding Fine Gold Thread can prove challenging in the earlier chapters of the game, it becomes easier to locate Chapter 4 onwards. Fine Gold Thread cannot be farmed, so there are limited opportunities for players to find this valuable resource.
You can find Fine Gold Thread after defeating Cyan Loong in the secret Loong boss fight of Chapter 3 near the Turtle Island Keeper’s Shrine. From the shrine, turn right and walk ahead to reach a ledge. From here, you can drop down and find the Cyan Loong boss fight using the Loong Scales item. After defeating the Cyan Loong, you can explore the boss arena to find a chest containing two Fine Gold Threads.
You can then acquire Fine Gold Thread in Black Myth: Wukong in Chapter 4. Navigate to the Store section of any of the Keeper’s Shrines to purchase Fine Gold Thread for 3000 Will. However, due to its high value, the quantity of Fine Gold Thread is finite in Black Myth: Wukong.
Once you have Fine Gold Thread in your inventory, you can use this resource to craft valuable armor pieces for your character. It is important to remember that you will only get a limited number of Fine Gold Threads during your playthrough. So, make sure you put it to good use for armor that will take you to the end of the game.
