Equipping all four pieces of this set at once will moderately increase the Will gained from defeating an enemy.
Will is a valuable resource in Black Myth: Wukong that you can use to craft and upgrade weapons and armor. You will need quite a lot of it to craft the higher-level mythical, legendary, and epic gear pieces. Therefore, this four-piece set and help you collect a good amount of Will that you can use later on.

How to Get the Folk Opera Set in Black Myth: Wukong
To get the Folk Opera Set in Black Myth Wukong, you must purchase the Deluxe Edition of the game, and then visit the Front Hill Shrine in the Forest of Wolves at Black Wind Mountain.. When you offer incense at the shrine, the menu will have an option called ‘Trailblazer’s Gift’. Click on it, and it will display all of the Deluxe Edition Gifts you have purchased. This includes the Folk Opera set: the Folk Opera Mask, Folk Opera Almsgiving Armor, Folk Opera Leather Bracers, and Folk Opera Buskins.
Additionally, the Bronze Cloud Staff is also available if you bought the Deluxe Edition. This is also where you will find the Trailblazer’s Scarlet Gourd, if you pre-ordered the game before August 20, 2024.
How to Use the Folk Opera Set in Black Myth: Wukong
The best way to use the Folk Opera set is by immediately equipping this simple-to-find armor because of the massive defensive boost it will give you in the early game of Black Myth: Wukong. The three pieces of default armor you get only have a combined Defense stat of 10. However, if you are wearing all of the Folk Opera set, then your overall armor Defense stat will jump to 34. This is a significant increase and will have a major increase on your initial leveling experience.
Additionally, you will need to have all four pieces equipped to get the Will generation bonus. Therefore, you should either use all the pieces of this set at once, or don’t use them at all. Later on, you can upgrade your armor to the Serpentscale Set and Grey Wolf Mask. Serpentscale is a 3 piece set that goes well with the damage bonus on the Grey Wolf Mask.
