Palworld features several different types of Pals, including Electric-type, Fire-type, Dark-type, and many more. But as cool as they may be, there is something about Ice-type Pals that is undeniably super cool. Among these cool (or cold) Pals, Frostallion sits towards the very top. This Legendary Ice-type Pal boasts an absurdly high Level 4 Cooling, making him one of the very best work Pals in the game and a must-have for your base.
If that wasn’t reason enough to get him, Frostallion is a flying mount, and his Partner Skill also changes all your attacks to Ice-type and enhances the Ice attacks further to deal large chunks of damage. How To Find Frostallion
You find Frostallion as a Level 60 Legendary Alpha Boss in the Astral Mountains region of the game. Head over to (-355, 511) and explore the immediate vicinity to find the Legendary Pal. Capture the Pal using the Legendary Sphere to obtain Frostallion.
Temperatures drop very low in this area, so we recommend preparing for the weather. Carry cold-resistant clothing such as Tundra Outfit, Cold-Resistant Pelt Armor, Cold-Resistant Metal Armor, or Cold-Resistant Refined Metal Armor, among many others, to survive the cold and harsh conditions.
Huge Frozen Eggs
Alternatively, you find Frostallion through the Huge Frozen Eggs that you find while exploring the map. Find the Huge Frozen Egg, and then take it to your Egg Incubator back at base. Place the egg in the Egg Incubator and wait for it to hatch. The Huge Frozen Egg can drop any of the four following Pals, so we recommend collecting and hatching as many as you can:
- Frostallion
- Kingpaca Cryst
- Mammorest Cryst
- BastigorBastigor
How To Breed Frostallion
You can also breed Frostallion, but this is only possible with the use of two other Frostallions. Find two Frostallions, one male and the other female, and take them to the Breeding Farm back at your base. Combine the two to get a Huge Frozen Egg, and then use the Egg Incubator to hatch the egg and obtain Frostallion. This method can be a little tricky, so we recommend sticking to the ones above.
