The Golden Scale of Order is one of the Woedica Totem fragments that you need to collect throughout the Totem of Rightful Rulership quest in Avowed. These totems are collectibles that provide permanent bonuses. However, you need to place them in your camp to gain the perks. There are a total of six totem fragments that are scattered throughout various locations. This means, finding them all can take time and effort.

Where Is the Golden Scale of Order Located in Avowed?
The Golden Scale of Order totem fragment is at the Pargrun Cache ruins. This area is located north of Paradis and east of The Strangleroot. You might encounter low-level enemies while trying to reach the location of the totem fragment. Make sure you are prepared for these encounters.
From the gold-plated doorway at the Pargrun Cache ruins, take a left and head inside an overgrown passage to find a wall you can destroy. Proceed further and find a scaffolding that you need to climb. Afterward, head through the broken wall to the north and eventually reach the Golden Scale of Order fragment on an eagle’s nest.

The Golden Scale of Order in Avowed is one of the six fragments of the Woedica Totem in Avowed. This particular fragment provides a buff that reduces companion ability cooldowns.
