Getting granite in Enshrouded is not a big task but it can feel like it if you don’t know where to look. The vast world of Embervale is intimidating if you haven’t explored much. But don’t worry. We will help you make full use of the Voxel system that the game offers.
The game, when first released in early access earlier this year, had only a few variations, and stone was present everywhere. Whether you mined mountains or the rocky ground, you would have obtained stone. But now, the developers have added variations, and granite is also one of them.
After the latest Souls of the Frozen Frontier update, granite is present in abundance, but you must know where to look for it. It can help you build with more variety in your base. Granite isn’t used in anything that can affect the quality of your gameplay. However, if you were looking for cosmetic changes, you can expect to use this mineral in the following blocks:
- Granite block
- Granite rubble roadblock
- Granite Shingle roof block
- Polished granite block

Almost all the rocky surfaces that you find here will give you granite to keep in your inventory. If you wish to confirm before trying, you can look out for surfaces that look much darker compared to other common rocks.
