Claim your Symbiote Storm skin for free in Marvel Rivals by following these simple steps, and become your enemy’s nightmare.
Symbiote Storm became the poster hero for Marvel Rivals Season 3 Seasonal Event. While this costume in itself is a little unconventional, because you would expect Storm to get a Phoenix skin, the Venomized skin fits right into the Season 3 The Abyss Awakens. The premise of S3 is that Knull’s reemergence seems imminent, and he has made Hela his “Queen in Black” to do his bidding and help him escape the prison built by the Symbiotes on Klyntar. Now, Phoenix is taking charge during this battle as she is a primal force of the universe, which can defeat Knull, another primal force.
However, Venom, like many other Symbiotes from Klyntar, also openly dislikes his own god, Knull. This is why we have many “Venomized skins” in Season 3 alongside the Phoenix Force skins. Storm got the former to take the fight to the Symbiote God himself.
Obtaining Symbiote Storm in Marvel Rivals
Symbiote Storm was present on the cover art of the Milano Repair Logs. The latter is the name of the Seasonal Event for Season 3 The Abyss Awakens. Seasonal Event rewards are free and available to everyone. This means that the Symbiote Storm skin is also available for free if you complete the Milano Repair Logs. Just like every other season in Marvel Rivals, the pattern, lore, rewards, and challenges have all been changed for this Seasonal Event.
Milano Repair Logs takes a deeper look into the lore that ties the Guardians of the Galaxy to Klyntar. Back in Season 0, they crash-landed on Klyntar and had to carry Knull’s essence underground. Since then, the Guardians have been referencing the crash of Milano, Star-Lord’s spaceship, through dialogues. Now, the game is giving us a deeper lore into this segment of the story.
There are a total of seven challenges in this Seasonal Event. At the time of writing, all challenges have been updated. However, players need to complete each challenge before unlocking the next. Each challenge has three missions that you must complete to move on to the next. Each mission in all seven challenges rewards players. There are additional rewards after completing two, three, five, six, and seven challenges.
Symbiote Storm unlocks in Marvel Rivals after players have completed all seven challenges. Don’t forget to read the maintenance logs after completing all three missions of a challenge.
