Acquiring the Aviator Cap in PEAK requires unlocking a certain badge first. Here’s how to do it easily to get your new cosmetic upgrade.
Every cosmetic upgrade in PEAK is linked to one of the badges available in the game. After the Mesa update went live a few days ago, the total number of available badges in PEAK is 52. One of these badges is the Alpinist badge. Once you manage to get your hands on this badge, as a reward, you will automatically get the Aviator Cap. PEAK: Unlocking the Aviator Cap
Unlike modern video games, PEAK does not feature any trophies or achievements. However, badges play almost the same role as trophies in this title. For every badge that you unlock, you receive a reward, which you can wear to flaunt your newly acquired badge. To get the Aviator Cap, you need to collect the Alpinist Badge. As the name suggests, this badge is exclusive to the Alpine biome, which is the third level in the game.
Once you have managed to finish the Shore and Tropics biomes, you will find yourself in the Alpines. The official description of this badge is ‘Climb beyond the Alpines.’ What this essentially means is that you need to finish this mission without your stamina depleting completely. This badge is one of the easiest ones to acquire. You simply need to complete the Alpine biome to earn the Alpinist Badge. When you manage to reach the peak of the mountain in the Alpine, you will see a pop-up on the screen notifying you of your newly collected badge. As a reward, the Aviator Cap will automatically get added to your inventory. To claim your new cosmetic upgrade, head to the airport and check your passport. You can choose to equip the cap to flaunt your progress.
