The Totem of Rightful Rulership is a side quest that takes place in the Dawnshore region. The quest requires you to find seven fragments of the Totem of Woedica. While some of these are easy to locate, others can give you a tough time finding their whereabouts, as they are not marked on the map. Each of these Totems provides unique effects.
The Golden Scale of Justice is one of seven fragments pieces, which is hidden in the Paradis Market District region. It increases the Fire Accumulation for critical hits. This article will help you discover the exact location of the Golden Scale of Justice in Avowed.

Golden Scale of Justice in Avowed Location
The Golden Scale of Justice is hidden in Paradis in the northern part of the Market District, just west of the Apothecary’s Shop. The fragment is located in a hidden room that can be accessed via a balcony. You can enter this balcony through two different routes. However, both require some parkour to get to the spot.
Route 1
Start at the red building on the west of the Market District. You will find wooden boxes stacked at the front of the house. Climb them to reach a wooden plank platform. Follow along the platform and get to the other side by crouching. Then, grab the ledge to reach the corridor. Continue through the corridor until you reach a wooden platform at the end. From there, jump to the balcony.
Once inside the room, you will find a ladder on the left, blocked by webs. Clear them with a fire spell or Kai’s ability and descend to the lower room. Defeat the Phantom enemies and grab the Golden Scale of Justice near a broken bookshelf.
Route 2
Start at the Administration District Beacon, located west of the Aedyran Embassy. Once you reach the top of the stairs, instead of opening the main door, get through the garden area on the right side. Follow along the garden’s edges until you spot the balcony. Be cautious, as maneuvering along the edges can be tricky and may cause you to fall. Once you reach the balcony, you can follow the same steps in Route 1 to obtain the Golden Scale of Justice totem.
